Jerris Construction, Inc. has been doing business in the Coachella Valley since 1984 and has been providing premium construction service and management to our customers. We offer superior residential additions, remodels, and renovations, commercial build-outs, tenant improvements to new custom homes, and more. As always will continue to provide quality work and genuine concern for you, the owner, and everyone connected to the project.
No matter what the size of the project, our first concern is for the people we are working for and around. Jerris Construction, Inc. believes that it is imperative to keep a clear line of communication open between our clients and ourselves. We go above and beyond to keep all parties involved in the total construction process.
All our sub-contractors are licensed, bonded, and carry worker’s compensation/liability Insurance. The subs we use all share the same concerns and quality assurance that we do and most of them have been with me for many years.
Since 1984, our customers have included banks (Palm Springs Main Office remodel), churches (Our Savior's Lutheran Expansion/St. John's Lutheran Expansion), doctor's offices, homeowner associations, Marriot's Desert Springs, Time Warner Cable, and various residential and commercial projects of all sizes.
We can say in all honesty that we have finished all these projects with the best of relationships with the owners and the people we were working around.
